High End Gaming System (Full Desktop) 1700 OBO in Balgonie, Saskatchewan for sale

Selling my custom built desktop because I am moving to Japan and will not have room for such a large unit, I built this computer about a year ago, at the time I was working out of town for long periods of time, so for the first half of its life, usage was very minimal. I am a man who treats his computer like a car fanatics treats his classic from the 60s, like gold, there isnt a single dust stain or mark on it, bi weekly cleaning and maintenence, with gradual upgrades, I have every manual and cd, as well as an entire bag of extra cords mostly for the Psu but including some SATA cables, pin converters, and extra pieces for the case, including a fan and heatsink. I have the boxes for the motherboard and graphics card, the graphics card still has warranty left, already registered online and any extra piece or fastener that came with the hardware/case. Overall Ive spent around $3000 building this set, looking to sell for around the listed price but am taking offers, also willing to trade for a high end laptop, even if your wanting some money on top of the unit.
